2. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. By placing an order, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate. Payment is due at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed.
3. Pickup & Delivery
Estimated pickup and delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary due to demand or other factors. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control. Delivery availability and minimum order values may apply depending on your location.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Once an order has been accepted and preparation has begun, cancellations may not be possible. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to resolve it to your satisfaction, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion. We will replace or refund damaged or spoiled items. No refunds for change of mind, incorrect product choice, or food that spoiled due to delayed consumption.
5. Allergens & Dietary Requirements
Our kitchen handles a range of ingredients including common allergens such as gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and seafood. While we take care to accommodate dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens. Customers with severe allergies should notify staff before ordering.
6. Reservations
Reservation requests submitted through our website are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive acknowledgement from us. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. Group reservations are available for 10+ people.
